GROUPE Y

GROUP Y Annual seminar, Lisbon | 54 participants

The ambition

Turn Groupe Y’s annual seminar into a Lisbon interlude combining working sessions, meaningful cultural experiences, and moments of shared enjoyment. A seminar designed as a balance between professional efficiency and the Portuguese art of living.

The logistics

From the very first hours, Lisbon set the rhythm with an opening evening designed in two parts to encourage connection. Accompanying guests were immersed in Portuguese culinary traditions through a warm team cooking workshop, featuring homemade pastéis de nata and typical local dishes. Meanwhile, employees gathered for a cocktail dinner at Zambeze, on a private terrace overlooking the Tagus River, in a relaxed atmosphere ideal for conversation and first connections.

The following day marked the main professional highlight: a plenary meeting for employees, while accompanying guests enjoyed Lisbon freely at their own pace. At the end of the day, both groups reunited for an immersion into the Portuguese soul with a private dinner followed by a Fado evening. Deep voices and raw emotion created a suspended, intimate, and unforgettable moment.

The next day was the most intense, where Lisbon was experienced to its fullest. The group headed to Belém to visit the Jerónimos Monastery, followed by a tasting of pastéis de Belém in the gardens. The journey continued on electric bikes along the Tagus River: iconic monuments and golden light unfolded with the rhythm of the group. After a convivial lunch, the city revealed another side through a guided street art tour, enriched by a Tuna performance and a ginjinha tasting, in a joyful and authentic atmosphere.

Finally, the last evening unfolded without restraint at the CatchMe rooftop: dinner, DJ set, dance floor, and open bar, celebrating together and extending the collective energy well into the night.
