The ambition
Offer Act-On Group teams a collective immersion in the heart of Porto, designed as a major unifying highlight. A dynamic, high-impact seminar blending destination discovery, team spirit, and celebratory moments, where each participant finds their place between challenge, sharing, and enjoyment.
The logistics
Upon arrival in Porto, the pace naturally sets in at the Pestana Douro Riverside. The first groups are welcomed with a coffee break on the terrace overlooking the Douro River, giving everyone time to unwind after the journey and reconnect. Midday brings all participants together for a convivial buffet lunch at Herança Magna restaurant. This first collective moment marks the official launch of the seminar and sets the tone for the shared experiences ahead.
The afternoon is dedicated to a large-scale Mastergame across Porto. Divided into teams, participants explore the city, complete challenges, collaborate, and push themselves in a playful yet competitive spirit. The game concludes at an iconic venue, the Palácio da Bolsa, the highlight of this first day.
At the end of the day, the group returns to the hotel for a smooth check-in, followed by some free time to relax, enjoy the rooms, or take in the views over the Douro. Everyone then gathers again for an evening at WOW, featuring an elegant and festive cocktail dinner. The night continues with a DJ set and open bar.
The following day shifts the rhythm, allowing each participant to design their own experience: a regatta on the Douro to strengthen team spirit on the water, cultural discovery of Porto with wine tasting, surfing on the Atlantic coast, canyoning in nature or cycling along the river. Multiple parallel experiences showcasing Porto in all its facets—adrenaline, culture, and relaxed living—before everyone reunites for convivial lunches.
The day ends with the highlight of the seminar: the Colors Block gala evening at the Ferreira Cellars. Welcomed into an immersive setting combining light installations, neon atmospheres, fluorescent makeup workshops, and music, participants enjoy a seated dinner punctuated by a quiz, speeches, and award ceremonies. The celebration then takes over, driven by a DJ, open bar, and a vibrant festive atmosphere lasting well into the night.
