The ambition

Deliver a collective experience around the annual congress, choosing Lisbon as the destination—a city rich in history and culture, whose values strongly resonate with the congress theme of solidarity. The aim of this congress was to enable participants to share, collaborate, and exchange ideas, so they would leave stronger, more united, and ready to face the many challenges ahead together.

The logistics

Upon arrival in Lisbon, participants were welcomed with a convivial dinner, marking the official launch of the congress and offering an initial opportunity to gather and build connections in a warm atmosphere.

The following day began with a showroom at Convento do Beato, an iconic venue blending history and modernity. To get there, participants travelled by tuk-tuk, a fun and original way to discover Lisbon and its picturesque neighbourhoods. The evening then took on an underwater-inspired theme during the Fantasy Night at Estufa Fria, where light, colour, and immersive music created a festive and surprising atmosphere.

The third day was driven by the “Run Together” experience, a marathon held in Monsanto Park, Lisbon’s largest green park, designed to foster team spirit and self-improvement. After the effort, lunch in the forest offered a relaxing and convivial moment in the heart of nature.

On the fourth day, participants gathered for a plenary session, encouraging exchange and discussion around the congress’s central theme of solidarity. The closing evening took place at Páteo Alfacinha, in an atmosphere inspired by traditional Portuguese festivities, blending local gastronomy, music, and collective celebration.

To conclude the stay, an excursion to Sintra offered the discovery of enchanting landscapes and the region’s historical heritage, providing a final moment of conviviality and sharing before participants returned home.
