The ambition
We had the pleasure of organizing both evenings for this client, with a clear brief: to propose surprising venues and create immersive experiences that cannot be experienced alone. Each event was designed as a unique moment, blending discovery, emotion, and connection, to leave a lasting impression.
The logistics
For the first evening, we selected a former distillery with a distinctly underground atmosphere, hidden in the heart of Lisbon, close to the Parliament. In this unique venue, we designed a cocktail reception followed by a festive evening that lasted until 2 a.m.
For the second evening, we invited participants to a stately manor and its gardens. Warmly welcomed by their hosts, they experienced an authentic and immersive setting. The seated dinner took place in the gardens under a canopy of lanterns, before giving way to a festive evening in the manor’s reception rooms.
